  12. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors,
  13. Disk Vendors, BBS Sysops and Computer Clubs who wish to
  14. distribute the CurveExpert package.
  15.  
  16. CurveExpert comes in two versions:  a 32-bit version for Windows 95,
  17. Windows NT, and Windows 3.1+Win32s, and a 16-bit version for Windows
  18. 3.1.  Note that the 16-bit version is also Windows 95 compatible.
  19. CurveExpert will run on any computer supporting Windows, although a
  20. fast 486 or Pentium-based computer is strongly recommended.  A math
  21. co-processor is not essential, but again is recommended; CurveExpert does
  22. a huge amount of crunching, and use of a co-processor can speed
  23. the program up by a factor of 10 or more!

  25. Plots can be printed on any printer supported by Windows.
  26. CurveExpert's files require a total of approximately 2.0MB 
  27. of disk space.

  42. ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Member Information:

  45. Vendors who are ASP Associate Members in good standing are
  46. hereby given permission to distribute CurveExpert. ASP Associate
  47. Members (often called "ASP Approved Vendors") in good standing
  48. do not need to request permission to distribute this package.
  49.  
  50. This permission is in effect until or unless we notify you
  51. otherwise, in writing.

  53. Other (Non-ASP) Disk Vendor Information:

  56. Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors who are not ASP Associate
  57. Members, but who wish to distribute CurveExpert must comply with
  58. the following restrictions:

  60. If the version of the program that you have is more than 6
  61. months old, please contact the author before distributing the
  62. package, since it is likely that a more recent version will
  63. be available.

  65. You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs,
  66. or other literature which describes our products as "FREE
  67. SOFTWARE".  Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is
  68. not free.
